One of the highlights is a spectacular mural that Pazienza created live in just three hours during the 1987 Naples Comic Fair. Measuring eight meters in length, this monumental work has been carefully restored by MAXXI and is being displayed in a museum setting for the very first time.

Visitors will also encounter some of Pazienza’s most iconic characters, including Pentothal, Zanardi, Pompeo, and his unforgettable portrayal of Italian President Sandro Pertini—figures that have become landmarks in the history of Italian graphic storytelling.
